Privacy policy
Effective date: 11 August 2026
1. Who we are
"TikTok Stats," "we," "us," or "our" refers to JAKIRO LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 75384877), with its registered office at Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong ("Jakiro", "Company").
Jakiro operates the website tiktokstats.com (the "Site"), which publishes analytics and trend data about TikTok LIVE and other live-streaming platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why, and what rights you have over it.
TikTok Stats is an independent analytics product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or any other platform referenced on the Site; all such names and logos are used for identification and comparison purposes only.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Effective date" above shows when it last changed.
2. What information we collect
We built the Site to be usable without an account, and we do not run e-commerce, subscriptions, or payments on it. The personal data we handle is limited to:
(a) Information you choose to give us. If you email us, use a "Contact Us" or "Request Access" link, or otherwise write to us, we receive whatever you include - typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you.
(b) Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data for every visit - IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and timestamps - for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic statistics. This logging is privacy-preserving by default and does not use tracking cookies.
(c) Cookies and analytics. The Site uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g., to remember basic display preferences) and Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure aggregate use of the Site: which pages are opened, how visitors arrive, and broad device, browser and country information. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes that data on our behalf; we use it only in aggregate and never to identify you personally.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not run ads on the Site, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit. If you would rather not be measured, Google's opt-out browser add-on and ordinary content blockers both stop this collection, and the Site works the same without it.
We do not collect financial/payment data, government ID numbers, or special categories of data (health, biometric, etc.) through the Site. We do not buy personal data about you from data brokers or other third parties.
3. How we use information
We use the limited data described above to:
- respond to inquiries and access requests you send us;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site (e.g., detect abuse, understand aggregate traffic);
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your personal data for automated profiling with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not send marketing emails unless you contact us first and we reply - see section 7 (Your rights) to opt out at any time.
4. Do we sell or share your data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for money or for cross-context advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except:
- with service providers who host or operate the Site strictly on our behalf (currently Cloudflare, for hosting/CDN and basic security logging), under obligations to protect it;
- where required by law, court order, or governmental request; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections in this Policy.
5. Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to your visit, our legal bases are: your consent (e.g., where you email us or opt into optional cookies), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing.
6. Data retention
We keep contact-form/email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete or anonymize it. Server/security logs are retained on a rolling basis per our hosting provider's standard retention period and are not used for any purpose beyond security and site operation.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at info@tiktokstats.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask for information to verify your identity.
8. International transfers
Jakiro is based in Hong Kong; our hosting/CDN provider operates a global network, so your data may be processed outside your home country, including in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions where Cloudflare operates. We rely on our provider's standard contractual and security safeguards for such transfers.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted transport, access controls, provider-level security) to protect data we hold from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links and trademarks
The Site may link to or reference third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick) for comparison purposes. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites - review their own policies separately. Any third-party trademarks or logos referenced on the Site are used under fair use for identification/comparison only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jakiro will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
13. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Site and its original content are owned by Jakiro or its licensors. Nothing in this Policy transfers any such ownership to you.
14. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection or data-protection law gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
